Another Lazy Day
Today I didn't do anything. I went to class, which was pretty good. After class, I stopped by a fruit stand and bought a mandarin (one of the best I've had here so far). Then we came home, had a snack, studied a little and then took a nap. I have been taking lots of naps, which is probably not a good habit to get into. When I woke up, I studied the second unit that is on my midterm tomorrow and then spent the rest of the time replying to emails and getting some reservations sorted out. All in all, it was a pretty chill day and I really enjoyed it!
Tomorrow, after class, Kylie and I are leaving on an overnight bus to Mendoza. Mendoza is about 16 hours to the west of Buenos Aires. It is the heart of the wine country and is also in the mountains. There is so much to do there and I am so pumped! We arrive in the morning on Saturday and have 3 days there. We will be leaving Mendoza on Monday night to arrive back in Buenos Aires on Tuesday morning right before we have to go to class at 10 am. I will post again about our trip when we get back!
I can't wait to hear all about your trip to wine country! We went up to the Santa Ynez Valley this weekend & did our fair share (okay, maybe more than our fair share) of wine tasing! Loved it! :)
